Standard Digital File Personal Use License

License Agreement

This Personal Use License Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between the purchaser ("You") and creator of the digital file ("Licensor"). By purchasing and downloading the digital file, You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Grant of License

  • Personal Use: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital file for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This includes:
    • Downloading the file to your personal devices.
    • Using the file in personal projects that are not for sale or distribution.
    • For 3D models, printing and using the 3D prints of the 3D model for personal use, in unlimited quantity.

Restrictions

  • No Commercial Use: You may not use the digital file for commercial purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Selling the file or any derivative works.
    • Using the file in any product or service for which you charge a fee.
  • No Distribution: You may not distribute, share, sublicense, or resell the digital file or any derivatives thereof. This includes:
    • Uploading the file to websites, social media, or file-sharing services.
    • Sharing the file with others in any form.
  • No Modification: You may not modify, alter, or create derivative works from the digital file, except for personal use. Modified files may not be distributed or used for commercial purposes.
  • Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights in the digital file remain with the Licensor. You do not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing and downloading the file, except for the specific rights granted in this Agreement.

Termination

  • Termination: This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the digital file.

Miscellaneous

  • Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
  • Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.

By purchasing and downloading the digital file, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
